Photos/Video? - Photos and videos are taken during every clean for liability protection with client consent, especially if homeowner will not be present. All my before and after shots can be found on Instagram and clips on TikTok. Please note all personal details will be covered or shots may not be used if showing any personal photos or information. 

Payments? - I accept cards by a mobile card reader which can take chip or tap. Venmo on my business account which can accept tap also and checks assigned to my business. All payments are expected to be paid within 24 hours after service. 
Cancellation? - Your time is valuable and so is mine. If you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment, I kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if possible. 
-Cancellations: With less than 24 hours of notice will be subject to a $80 cancellation fee. A pay link will be sent and must be completed the same day. 
-The policy is in place because last-minute cancellations not only impact my income but also prevent other clients from having the opportunity to book that time. 

Unpleased? - My goal is always to provide excellent service and care for your home. To ensure any concerns are addressed properly. I kindly ask: 
- If any issues are noticed, such as a reaction to cleaning products or possible damage, please contact me within 24 hours after your service. 
-I will not be able to return to re-clean or fix areas once the service is completed, so it's important to notify me right away if something needs attention. 
-If you believe something was damaged during service, please reach out to me directly so we can work toward a fair solution. While damage is never intentional, I will take responsibility if it is proven to be caused by my work.  Your understanding and communication helps me continue to provide the best service possible while also protecting the trust we build together. 

Regulations & Restrictions - I strive to provide a respectful, comfortable, and professional experience in every client's home. To ensure that my services are carried out in a positive environment, the following guidelines apply: 
-Respectful Conduct: I do not tolerate verbal abuse, arguing, sexual, physical or any form of disrespectful or aggressive behavior. 
-Pricing Policy: My rates are firm and non-negotiable. While I appreciate feedback on my services, I will not accept attempts to bully, intimidate, or pressure me into lowering my prices.
-Professional Boundaries:  I value constructive tips and suggestions that help me improve my work, but I will not engage in any interactions that are disrespectful or demeaning. I have full right to cancel a client at any time for my policy not being met or reject a new client because of unmet guidelines and policy's. 
I am dedicated to treating all clients and their homes with care and respect, and I kindly ask for the same in return. By working together in a professional manner, I can continue to provide the highest level of service for anyone I serve.
